About Us
Ashleigh has a background in finance which she has parlayed into a career in commercial real estate development where she sources and underwrites projects, raises debt and equity, and oversees construction and lease-up. Since real estate intersects with most industries, she has gained a deep understanding of how businesses operate and how to assess the variables that make them succeed or fail.
With an MBA in finance and years of hands-on experience, she brings together theoretical knowledge with real world business acumen to thoughtfully analyze deals while appreciating the reality and intricacies of bringing them to life.
